After numerous appraisals for my patio repair, I selected All American for good 'O fashion reasons....family owned, excellent customer service ( didn't wait days for return calls/ emails that seem routine in these days), very much reasonable in comparison to other companies. The workers got the job done while exercising courtesy, answering all our questions without any annoyance, and they cleaned up aftermath completely. I have not one complaint! I'm a retired senior with high standards, very big on customer service~ so if you are the alike, I highly recommend All American for 100% satisfaction. I ordered a new awning for my mother in law and All American showed up to measure her existing awning on time and while I wasn't there, Mom said the technician was very personable and respectful. My only issue was I had to call for updates on when they were going to install the new awning but once they did my mother in law said only good things on how nice the techs were. I would recommend All American Awnings Inc. to anyone.
